How do we sustainably feed 8 billion people by 2025?

Providing 8 billion people with quality, affordable and accessible food will be the defining economic, sociopolitical and ethical issue of our time. It is a global challenge. But it is also a challenge to California, one of the world's top agricultural producers.

On April 9, 2013, producers, geo-politicists, ethicists, economists, humanists and others will address the challenges of protecting our natural resource base (water, soil, air, plants and animals) upon which our food depends, the risks we face if we do not, and potential solutions for California and the world. We invite you to view these discussions via webcast.
