Bill Fulton

Bill Fulton is a former mayor of Ventura, California, vice president at Smart Growth America, principal at The Planning Center | DC&E,  and senior scholar at the Price School of Public Policy at USC. A UCLA alumnus, he is an advocate of the smart growth movement in urban planning and author and co-author of several books, including Guide to California Planning and The Regional City: Planning for the End of Sprawl.
